Existing (legacy) loyalty members: You will still receive a birthday reward. Your reward will be issued at the beginning of your birthday month, along with an email thanking you for being a long-time loyalty member.

New loyalty members: At this time, birthday entry is not available in the new system, so birthday rewards are only provided to legacy members.

Getting started is easy:

  1. Download the Buffalo Spot App Here.
  2. Create your account.
  3. Start earning and tracking rewards immediately through the app.

Yes, let a staff member know that you would like to add your rewards to your order at the counter.

  1. Open The Buffalo Spot Loyalty App
  2. Tap “Rewards” to view your available rewards
  3. Select “Redeem.”
  4. Show the redemption confirmation screen to the staff member
  5. The staff member will enter the code to apply the discount

Important: The redemption screen includes a timer. If the timer expires before the reward is used, the reward will no longer be valid and must be redeemed again

When ordering at the counter:

  1. Ask the cashier to add the order to your loyalty account
  2. The cashier will present an NFC tap device
  3. Open your loyalty app
  4. Tap your phone on the device to register your visit and earn rewards..

NFC stands for Near Field Communication. It’s a small, non-electronic tag (like a sticker or tabletop disc). Customers can tap their phone on it to instantly open the loyalty sign-up link or accumulate a visit on their rewards.

Yes, you will automatically earn visits for your online orders when you log into your loyalty account on the app or online. You can also redeem your rewards for orders placed online or in the app.
